Consulting. Frank’s career includes 25 years of experience inside major corporations and as a management consultant. He has designed, built, and maintained manufacturing facilities, managed engineering and software development departments, participated on leadership teams, and provided consulting services to executives and their teams.
Talent Development. Frank has authored and delivered portfolio and project management training courses. He collaborates with leadership to institute governance practices that enable project delivery success and mentors project managers to improve their processes and clarify the tangible value of their projects. He is also a guest instructor at Temple University in Philadelphia.
Experience. Mr. Miller is an expert in collaborating with C-level executives and their leadership teams. He’s facilitated both large and small organizations to create enterprise portfolio dashboards, transform enterprise portfolios from tactical to high-value and create a project pipeline that aligns to the strategic agenda of the business.
Education. Frank holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Villanova University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University. He has training in Strategic Marketing from University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, Business Technology Leadership from Villanova University, and Six Sigma from Accenture’s George Group.
